«PROJECT» infrastructure notes

This is a sanitized, public mirror of the working documentation behind a self-hosted service platform: one dedicated server, Proxmox, a pile of LXC containers, and as much automation as is reasonable.

Everything written in «guillemets» is a deliberate redaction — real hostnames, IPs, domains, and usernames are replaced with tokens before these notes leave the private vault.

Start here

  • overview — the three-layer architecture on one page
  • topology — how the network actually fits together
  • inventory — the hardware it all runs on
  • decisions — why things are the way they are

Deeper cuts

  • services — one page per thing running on the platform
  • runbooks — the actual procedures used to operate it
  • incidents — postmortems for when things broke anyway
  • projects — bigger builds, finished and in flight
  • reference — config snapshots and bootstrap notes

The explorer on the left lists everything; the graph on the right is the fun way to wander.
